Overview

This is a basement-to-attic course that shows you how to speak the language of home construction. Lessons on exteriors cover landscaping and grading, foundations, walls, roofs, chimneys, driveways and other paved areas, lot improvements, windows, doors, garages, wood-destroying insects and more. Lessons on interiors cover rooms, attics, basements, finish and trim work, insulation, utilities, leakage, AC, heating, plumbing, electrical and much more.

All textbooks and study materials are included with your tuition.

Since home inspectors don’t have to perform any repairs, the work is usually well de?ned. You arrive, inspect and report – and it’s all usually done in one visit.
