Career Profile

Our home appraisal school offers real estate appraisal courses for professionals. Real estate appraisal is an appealing career choice as it offers a flexible schedule and an independent career path. Home appraisal is an integral part of many real estate transactions. It’s a vital component that determines the value of a lot, a home or commercial property.

Many thousands of real estate transactions take place every day, including new home purchases, re-sales and refinances. It’s likely that before most of these transactions can close, a professional appraisal will be needed. Real estate and rental and leasing are expected to grow by 18.4% and add 374,000 jobs by 2012. Growth will be due in part to increased demand for housing as the population grows.
